Delete cadence logs for a given team/assistant/user (destructive).
Behavior:
- Protected from production (environment must be non-empty and not ‘prod’/‘production’).
- Requires team id via Requester dependency.
- If
userPhoneNumberis provided, deletes Action logs for that phone (and optionally scope by assistantId). - If
userPhoneNumberis NOT provided,confirm=Trueis required to allow deletion of logs at the team/assistant level.
